Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointment is necessary! We welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you based on therapist availability. However, calling ahead during busy times, especially weekends and evenings, can help ensure your preferred time slot.
Do I need to tip?
Gratuity is appreciated but never required. Our therapists are fairly compensated, and your satisfaction with the service is what matters most to us. If you feel inclined to tip, 15-20% is customary but completely optional.
Are the massage rooms private?
Yes! All of our massage rooms are completely private with doors that close. You'll have your own space to relax and enjoy your treatment in complete comfort and privacy.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For foot massages, you'll only need to remove your shoes and socks. For body massages, you can undress to your comfort level. We provide clean towels and linens to ensure you're properly covered throughout the service.
Do you offer a full body massage?
Yes, we do. During the consultation, you can indicate your preference on our consent form. For the massage, you can undress to your comfort level. We follow State regulations regarding what can and cannot be massaged, including proper draping.
How long should I arrive before my treatment?
If you're a walk-in, just come in and we'll get you started as soon as a therapist is available. Please allow 5-10 minutes for check-in and to discuss your preferences with your therapist.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and debit cards. Payment is due at the end of your service.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes! If you've had a great experience with one of our therapists, you're welcome to request them for future visits. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Parking is available in front of the building. Accessible parking spots are located near our front entrance.
What if I have a health condition or injury?
Please let us know about any health conditions, injuries, or areas of concern when you check in. Our licensed therapists will adjust the treatment to ensure your safety and comfort. If you have serious medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your doctor before receiving massage therapy.
Can I bring children?
We provide massage services for guests of all ages. However, we ask that children be supervised at all times. For the most relaxing experience, we recommend arranging childcare if possible, as our spa is designed to be a peaceful, quiet environment.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or specific service. They make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, or just to show someone you care.
How should I prepare for my massage?
Arrive relaxed and avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment. Turn off your phone and try to clear your mind. Let your therapist know about any areas of tension or concern. Most importantly, just come ready to relax and enjoy.
